Made in the old French “Tomme” style. It is smoked over oak for 12 hours to develop a bronzed exterior and beautifully smoked taste. The cheese is then aged for 3 months to deepen the flavours. The smokiness is smooth and creamy, that develops and becomes richer on the palate. Fantastic on a bacon sandwich or to accompany chilli jam to create extra depth.
